Remarks: Close cropped view of the nose of 38 Squadron Caribou A4-236. She was on static display at the ADF Open Day at RAAF/Army Base Townsville late in Sep2009. She had celebratory Logos: '45 Years of Operations' on the nose (and '1964-2009 - 45 Years Service to the Nation' on the tail.) A4-299 at rear is similarly adorned. (I was responsible for maintenance of Caribous at Butterworth Malaysia in 1981/82.) A well earned Caribou retirement awaits.
