Remarks: A short and enjoyable flight on the ERJ from Manchester-Heathrow, with BMI Regional operating on behalf of BMI. Unfortunately this will soon be a thing of the past, with BMI becoming part of BA and the Regional arm being sold off. There are surprisingly few shots online from inside these ERJ's - this was taken from the final row where I saw sat in 18A.
Remarks: A lucky break in the cloud produces this view of London City airport and the Thames Barrier as we descended toward Heathrow, inbound from Manchester.
