Remarks: Just a few aircraft are left on the Riddle ramp to brace the impacts of Hurricane Sandy passing off the coast of Florida. You can see the precautions the maintenance department have taken to protect the aircraft left outside: taped up the static ports, pitot covers, 4 point tie downs and gust locks fastened to the aircraft. Remarks: Introducing the newest aircraft in the Embry-Riddle fleet …N405TD, a 2012 Cessna 172. "Tango-Delta" is sporting a standard 172 paint job while the new paint scheme is designed. In addition to paint, it is sporting LED lights all around and the biggest change is the three seat cabin. The standard rear bench seat has been exchanged for a single place observer in the center.
