Remarks: Scanned from Fuji slide. Delivered to Arkia as 4X-BAC in March 1983. Joined Dan Air in December 1983, until March 1992. Registered PK-RII with Mandala in March 1993. Reportedly stored at Surabaya since 2008.
Remarks: Dan Air was a frequent visitor in Amsterdam for years. This old BAC 1-11 used to fly on the LGW-EHAM service and flew for Dan Air from 1975 until 1992.Scrapped in 1994 at Southend.(*scan from old print)
Remarks: Very historic shot at AMS, of this BAC 1-11. Delivered April 1966 to Zambia Airways, but operating for Dan Air from 1975 until 1991, when sold to Ladeco (Chile). Out of service in 1994 and now at the Aviation Museum at Santiago.*(scan from old print)
