Remarks: Scanned from Fuji slide. Delivered to Britannia in March 1988, operated by them until April 2001. Later became TF-ATO and G-BNYS again (Air Atlanta Icelandic / Excel and various subleases) and S7-EXL (Air Seychelles). Last wore registration N767HS, and was flown to Kemble for parting out in January 2009.
Remarks: Rare view of Britannia Airways B737-3T5 G-BNRT (Cn 23064) about to dock at the Canberra Airport Terminal in Nov 1989. The aircraft was one of many foreign aircraft leased by Ansett and Australian Airlines after their Pilots were sacked 'en-masse' during the infamous 1989 'Pilots Strike'. This was the First Britannia Airways B737 to visit Australia, arriving in Darwin on 25Oct1989. Low res photo.
