Remarks: For me, this was the star turn of the 1991 Woodford air show: a Vickers Vanguard of all aircraft types, an old, heavy (but beautiful, at least to my eyes) turboprop transport aircraft, gave a-very spirited-display. It was also probably quite a historic event, as I doubt a Vanguard had been displayed at an air show since the aircraft was shown new at the 1959-61 Farnborough shows.
Remarks: While riding DC-8-43 CF-TJC (seen in the background) from Montreal to Los Angeles, I got a chance to take this picture during at ground stop a Toronto.
