Remarks: Biman Bangladesh Airlines, currently the only DC-10 operator with pax service, planning to phase out all their DC-10's and replace them with leased 777-200ER's and pre-ordered brand-new 777-300ER's. This beautiful sight at VGHS will soon be a part of the history.
Remarks: Scanned from Fuji slide. Delivered to British Caledonian in July 1980. Transferred to British Airways in April 1988. Withdrawn from BA use in February 1999 and then converted to a freighter at Venice. Later wore the registrations N47831 (FSB), LX-TLD (Cargo Lion), N402JR and 5X-JCR (Das Air) and finally N450ML (Arrow Air) before being scrapped at Opa Locka.
