Remarks: Rare air to air shot of a C130 refueling from another C130. To get the shot you have to climb down to the hose outlet and shoot through the gap. The loadmaster had her hand on my collar to pull me back in case the hose came across to the right, if it had it would have taken my arm off!! This is a scan from a print probably taken late 80s
Remarks: Seen just as it should be, on what was probably her last low level sortie in LFA7, as just 9 days after this shot was taken, on 12.8.11, 202 made her last ever landing, at RAF Cosford, to be retired and preserved at the excellent RAF museum.
