Wearing the markings of No. 19(R) Squadron, this Hawk is pictured taxiing to line up for departure on Runway 31. This Squadron was disbanded later in the year the photograph was taken - 2011 - and its role was taken over at Valley by the reformed No. IV Squadron. It is no longer flying and has been in storage at RAF Shawbury for some years now.
