Very few times you will see an empty upper deck on a passenger Boeing 747, specially if it's designated as an economy section (very few airlines configure it this way). In this case it was because this was her last flight ever. We flew her to San Bernardino to be scrapped for parts after 19 years in service with Eva Air. So long B-16410.
