This Alpha Jet from Escadron d’Entrainement 3/8 "Côte d'Or" (Gold Coast), l’Ecole de Transition Opérationnelle, wears markings commemorating the 2015 centenary of the squadrons SPA 57 Mouette and SPA 65 Chimère and tail fin colours from a First World War Spad XIII fighter. (EE 3.8 is now an aggressor squadron.) It is seen here passing through the Machynlleth Loop in Wales during a detachment to RAF Leeming from its base at Base Aerienne 120 Cazeaux.
