Emirates 216 Super climbing away off 25L for Dubai while Lufthansa 457 departs 24L for Frankfurt on a beautiful SoCal sunset. While still considered a rare event to see simultaneous A380 departures, it can be seen at LAX every now and then. The telephoto effect makes these 2 aircraft look extremely close when in reality they were almost 2 miles apart.
