ANZ
This airplane, being a 747-419, came from Air New Zealand originally. NZ had Biz in the forward part of the upper deck, and premium economy in a 2-3 layout in the aft upper deck. So, subsequent operators are stuck having to come up with something creative, or refit the upper deck entirely. This particular example falls distinctly into the "creative solutions" category!
