History: First Flight 13Dec1974. Delivered to RAN 27Jan1975. Ditched and rolled over in Sea, Shoalhaven Bight 21Oct1975 during acceptance flight. Crew rescued. Aircraft Recovered 13Nov1975. Remains to Naval Aviation Museum at Nowra NSW (and Flight Deck was probably used as a ‘Procedural Trainer’). Ref: ADF-Serials.
