It is accessible at all times and the admission charge (1 €) is payable at the coin-operated turnstile at the bottom of the hill. From here you have a complete view of terminal 1 and on runway 08L threshold. Light is good from 14:00 till sunset and you will need a focal lenght of at least 300 mm. One correction, Fillippo ... you have a complete view on Terminal 1, that's the Terminal for Non-Star Alliance, even there are several LH aircrafts parked. ;-) Btw: I like this hill, even it's called "monkey hill" ... ;-)
