This is excellent place to take photos of aircrafts after landing on the new runways 25R/07L, on the taxiway towards the terminals. The best time for photography here: After sunrise until shortly before sunset. To reach this spot, put “Im Taubengrund, Kelsterbach” or the coordinates 50.047825,8.539639 in the navigation device. Car parking is possible beside the street. When we approaching this place, we can see the fences around the runways, and the airplanes landing there. It's so clearly... After we left the car, we should go straight and right along the fences, have to walk a few hundreds meters, maybe a kilometer or so [Note: On our left we should see the railroad] then we should see the building "441" as we can see in the photo. By the way, the car's parking area is a good place for spotting during the late afternoon, when the sun moves to the other side and then we have to return to the car. So we can stay extra time near the car until sunset... Enjoy !
