Lifting off to Newark as United 1409, I got a clear view of the new international terminal being built by the Chinese Civil Engineering Construction Corporation (CCECC). Work began in earnest in 2012, and the four-jetway pier will be fully operational in Fall, 2014. Stanford's old tower is visible in the back, while a new LIAT AT7 and several blinders are resting.
