Notes:

Museum claims that this Lockheed C-121C is one of thirty three C121Cs delivered to the USAF and the Atlantic Division of the Military Air Transport Service in 1956. In 1962 this C-121C left regular USAF and was transferred to the 183rd Air Transport Squadron of the Mississippi Air National Guard. In 1967 it was transferred to the West Virginia Air National Guard and the 167th Military Airlift Squadron. It took part in operation “Greek Guardlift” in Europe from 1971-1972. In 1972 this plane was transferred yet again, this time to the 193rd Tactical Electronic Warfare Squadron, Pennsylvania Air National Guard. Finally, this plane was retired, in 1977 after 21 years of military service, thousands of flying hours, and countless ocean crossings.
