Rare low res Stbd side view of Australian Airlines Boeing 727-276 VH-TBP Cn 21696 taxying to the Canberra Airport Terminal on Christmas Eve in 1986. The aircraft, named 'John Macarthur' is in the new Australian Airlines livery. I flew from Canberra (YSCB) to Sydney (YSSY) in this aircraft (0.5 hrs) shortly after taking this picture. (The Canberra Terminal awning is visible at the top of the photo, and the Control Tower and RAAF Fairbairn hangars are visible at rear.) Merry Christmas!!
