Notes:

I have observed many crosswind arrivals in LAS, some a bit hairy but none quite like this one. Flight 1850 flailing wildly on approach from MSP had to abandon the effort after several steep side to side swings and and a strong upward surge. The second approach was not much better but at least successful. It is not too often I become concerned for my own personal safety while spotting! Funny just after this the DE heavy turned out the approach and was seen circling east over the valley to take the 19's instead.Similar landings have been observed with 73G's and such but this is the first time I have seen such a large aircraft thrown around in this manner.
