A nice surprise for me, especially as Cebu is not traditionally one of those holiday destinations for Russians, until I realised that Dalavia is based in Eastern Russia. I assume the traditional holiday places in Europe are too far for them and that Cebu is a relatively close choice!

As of now, RA-64507 is still at RPVM. Anyone know why?

Very nice catch indeed. I really wonder who was flying this Tupolev in 2010 as Dalavia is long gone (almost 3 years now) and most of their plane are just dumped in Khabarovsk.
