Seconds away from a bumpy touchdown! This bird was destroyed when it crashed while landing in heavy rain at Mangalore-Bajpe Airport (IXE), India on the 22nd of May 2010. Operating as flight 812 from Dubai, the airplane overran runway 24 and slid down a wooded valley, bursting into flames killing 160 onboard including 6 crew ! 8 passengers survived miraculously. May the souls of the dear departed rest in peace!
