The history of this helicopter is very sad. On December 5, 1976 while on a military operation had an accident and the 3 occupants die. The operation wasn't very complicated. They took off from ''Cándido de Lasala'' military boat carrying a gas-oil tank to move it to Base Marambio, Antartic Argentina. When they where very close to meseta el chinguillo, the helicopter touch the mountain and lost control. The crash killed all the ocupants. After being recovered and restored, they aplied this UN colours that never whore. Now is on static display at Museo de la aviación at Morón, Buenos Aires.
