One of the last adquisition of F.I.O. Still in USAF colours and showing the old 44-17535 reg. It was built back in 1944. Recovered and restored in Argentina. This model was the second most used light airplane in the second world war after the Piper L-4 by the USAF. Even known it's oficial name was Sentinel, was also known as Flying Jeep and Jungle Angel. From the 3.600 aproximately built, half of them were made as air ambulance with enough space for the injured person and the pilot. The last model was made with shorter aleirons for short take off and landings. The model in the picture is the ambulance model. Is powered by a 185 hp Lycoming. New registration to the data base. Thank's Tomas Asencio for the help.
