Restored Fokker F XI Universal VH-UTO Cn 5124 was displayed in the Ansett Terminal at Sydney YSSY on 07Mar1983. She is now in the Sir Reginald Ansett Museum in Hamilton Victoria. This machine was imported from Graz Austria in 1974 for restoration. She was built in 1929, and was first Registered as CH-188, later HB-ALO and OE-DAA. The aircraft represents Ansett Airways first aircraft - Fokker 4 Universal VH-UTO (Cn 422), bought by Reginald Ansett in 1936 and used for the first air services between Hamilton and Melbourne. A further notice: This aircraft (first CH-188, later HB-ALO, at last OE-DAA) was damaged at Graz-airport on ground by collision with Piper J3C OE-ABP. On ground the pilot in the Fokker had no sight in straight ahead direction over the engine and did not notice the Piper before him as he left the parkingposition.

This aircraft was registered at last in Austria as OE - DAA . It was painted blue and the wings silver.
