Rare 1974 photo of Qantas B707-338C VH-EBV Cn 19295 at Tullamarine YMML, when the Melbourne Airport was three years old. (Qantas later operated a B747-338 also Registered VH-EBV: Cn 23224.) This B707, named 'City of Tamworth' was delivered to Qantas on 06Jun1967. She was sold to Zambia Airways (9J-AEL) on 20May1977, and Trans Arabian (ST-ALP) in March 1989. She lives on as E-8C J-Stars 92-3290 based at 93rdACW, Robbins AFB Georgia USA. Two Ansett F-27s are at rear left.

Thanks Steve. Actually USAF E-8 J-Stars 92-3290 is not a Tanker. She is a 'Command and Control' aircraft with the 93rd Air Control Wing (ACW), in Georgia USA. Their Motto is 'Eyes of the Night', and their logo includes 'J-Stars' and a swooping Black Owl.
