It was (or still is) an RU-21H ex 70-15887 US Army. Civil type Beech 65 A90-4 Kingair.

This is not a Queen Air. It is either a highly modified Beech C99 or some derivative of an old Army U-21. Judging from the serial number and landing gear, I would guess an old U-21.
