This year’s Valley Aviation Society charity photocall coincided with the 19 Sqn Families Day and the visiting aircraft were lined up on the taxiway alongside Runway 14-32 as the usual visiting aircraft apron venue was in use by 22 Sqn Sea Kings pending completion of their new SAR HQ. This Tornado was one of four in the static display and a number of others that staged fly-bys; it is seen here preparing for departure during the afternoon. (400D, Sigma 80-400 & fluid-head tripod)
