Still carrying all of the sponsor decals, this Cherokee was used for the "Spitfire Dawn to Dusk" challenge on the 29th June 2006. This involved visiting as many ex WWII Spitfire airfields as possible in a single day. They managed to get to 14 in a 10 hour period of flying; more would have been possible had it not been for fog in the Midlands. Monies raised are to be used for the "Flying Scholarships for the Disabled" charity.
