This is the same plane that was originally N4713U, United Airlines Flight 811 which in 1989 suffered explosive decompression 22,000 feet above Hawaii, ejecting 9 passengers out the side of the plane. At least one passenger was ejected directly into the Number 3 engine. July 09, 2015

After the UA Flight 811 disaster, this plane was repaired at the cost of $14 million and put back into service. In 1997 the plane was passed onto Air Dabia. In 2000 it was placed into storage. In 2004 it was broken apart for spare parts. July 09, 2015
