This is the 5th of 10 Lockheed L-749A/C-121A ordered by the USAF in 1948.This particular one was used in the famous "Berlin airlift" and then was the personal VIP plane for the General MacArthur.It is now owned by the Planes of fame air museum at their Grand Canyon Valle airport facilities.
