There are now few countries in the world where you can view and photograph miltary aircraft as closely as you can in Switzerland. Here at Payerne you can get great shots with only a ditch between you and the aircraft. It is true that Switzerland does not have the biggest of air forces, but that is made up for the great photo opportunities that can be had at it's bases. Here we have one of its attractive PC-9's taxying out for a short mission, (note the c/n on the nosewheel door).
