Looks like someone forgot to properly latch a panel on the engine number 2, as it has flung open on rotation. Any engineers able to tell me what this panel is? Also I know it's probably just reflection on the tail cone of engine number 2, but looks like a flame doesn't it? (Canon 10D, 100-400L IS)

They didn't forgot anything;-) It's a pressure relief panel wich opens when there is overpressure in the cowling.
