Notes:

Noon stop to eat in a casino on the other side of the Colorado river in Nevada. That's a very strange airport, it's said to be an int'l airport and they don't have an ATIS... ;) The rwy is very big (7520 ft long) and the general aviation taxiway is descending down the hill to the GAT terminal. That's a very unusual config.
