This aircraft entered runway 08R and didn't move for about 2 minutes (not sure why as I couldn't listen to Live ATC as the servers were down). This event made an aircraft on final approach initiate a go-around at about 800 feet. That aircraft registered as EI-DHN was operating flight FR66 from CRL to OTP and it only resulted in an extra 10 minutes in the air, which was 7 minutes before the scheduled arrival time.
