Started her career with Reno Air as N457AW in 1993. Went on to Avianca as HK-4184X in 1999, joined United Airways BD in 2013 and was then transferred to TAC (Tasbirul Ahmed Choudhury) Airlines, the founder/MD of United Airways BD! She suffered an uncontained engine failure in Varanasi airspace on 7 August 2015 and made an emergency landing at Raipur Airport, India while operating flight 4H585 between Dhaka and Muscat. She was abandoned there as TAC and United BD ran into financial problems, ceasing operations early 2016.
