This aircraft was delivered to the US Navy in September 1935 as 9993. Then re-registered as N39165 in 1968 with a private owner, then as NC3915. She was the world's last airworthy DC-2 in 1970. In 1983, additional markings as PH-AJU/44 were applied, to commemorate the 50th anniversary of the original Uiver winning the London - Melbourne race in the handicap class. The aircraft was ferried to Amsterdam that same year and completed the original air race route in 1984. Now stored at Lelystad, Netherlands
