Located at Zone 2 of the Itami Sky Park, this is the 'Oozora-no-Oka' (Or in English 'Big Sky Hill') - a little hill that gives you a spectacular overview of Itami airport, allowing you to catch basically all movements/actions of both runways. There is sufficient space at the location for you to have a nice picnic while doing plane spotting. Definitely a must-go spotting location in West Japan. The park opens at 9am in the morning and closes at 9pm at night. There are toilets in the park and convenience stores nearby. Coordinates: 34°46'55.2
