Though Etihad mostly served SFO using leased Jet Airways 777-300ERs in the full colors of that carrier, SFO eventually saw Etihad 777-200LRs on the route for the final year or so, along with the occasional rare 777-300ER in full Etihad colors. Here, EY183 is being prepared for tow onto gate A1 on a rainy early morning after the long trek from AUH. Flights were pre-cleared in AUH so pax on arrival were free to exit the terminal upon landing. Etihad left SFO on 31OCT16.
