From March 1967 to May 1968, a total of nine aircraft of the Av-14 (Il-14P) series from the CSLA condition were converted to the Av-14FG photogrammetric special in the premises of the Aero Vodochody plant. Specifically, they were three original Soviet Il-14Ps (0508, 0603 and 0610), two Av-14Ps (1103, 1106), one Av-14-24 (3111/OK-LCC) and three "lengthened" Av-14-32s (6101, 6102 and 6103). All Av-14FG aircraft were operated by the Photo Aviation Group (FLS), which operated from airports located in Hradcany (near Mimon) and Hradec Kralove. The last of them arrived on April 30, 1994 as the very last aircraft from the Av-14 series. The twin-engine propeller plane Av-14FG 6102 was produced in 1958, from 1960 to 1961 it was loaned to Czechoslovak Airlines and flew under the designation OK-MCB. In 1968, it was rebuilt at Aero Vodochody to the Il-14 FG version, i.e. as an aircraft whose task is to take photographic images. It was flown to the Kbely Aviation Museum from Pardubice on April 30, 1994, from VU 1909 Pardubice. Since then, it has been in the collections of the Military Historical Institute in Prague. It was renovated at the Military Technical Institute - Military Technical Institute of Aviation and Air Defense. The renovation was completed in 2021.
