We sure miss the A340s around here. Currently, only Plus Ultra comes with A340-300 to Quito and Guayaquil. During more than 20 years, we used to have several airlines at Quito operating the four-engine aircraft like Iberia, Joon/Air France, Air Comet, Air Madrid, Lufthansa and some special visitors like the Iranian Government, Aerolíneas Argentinas, HiFly, Air Asia X, German air force and Qatar Amiri Flight.
