Martinair's A320 PH-MPE migrates to Etihad

Martinair’s (Amsterdam) Airbus A320-232 PH-MPE (msn 1945) is now with Etihad Airways. The aircraft has been repainted by Etihad in an all black “color” scheme with white titles. Any further information is welcome.

I previously read on this site that Etihad will become the official sponsor for the Abu Dhabi F1. I suspect the all-black livery is part of a promotional campaign for this event?
